Túnel d’Envalira collects personal data in the following ways:

  • Clients: Individuals driving through Túnel d’Envalira's facilities as private persons or acting as legal representatives or interlocutors of legal entities.

  • Suppliers or collaborators: Individuals acting as legal representatives or interlocutors of companies or as professionals, who are suppliers or collaborators of Túnel d’Envalira.

Túnel d’Envalira may share or provide access to the User’s personal data with:

Likewise, with regard to processing based on the User’s consent, they also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
