Terms and conditions

The applicant accepts the following conditions and agrees to comply with them:

1. The toll discount applies only if the user uses the chosen payment method at the time of application.
2. The discount can be linked either to a bank card (registered in the applicant’s name) or applied using the tunnel’s green card before payment.
3. Discounts cannot be combined.
4. The toll discount will apply if the applicant meets the stipulated conditions.
5. The applicant agrees to provide identification (passport or ID) if requested by the concessionaire’s employees.
6. The tunnel’s green card is the property of the concessionaire, is personal and non-transferable, can only be used by the registered holder, and entails acceptance of the established rules.
7. The green card can only be used in manual lanes. The bank card linked to the discount can be used in both manual and automatic lanes.
8. In addition to the initially selected option, the discount may also be linked to an electronic toll device (Bip&Drive / Bip&Go).
9. It is strictly prohibited to transfer, lend, share, or use the green card, bank card, or toll device linked to the discount by anyone other than the registered holder.
10. Failure to comply with the terms of use will result in suspension of the toll discount.

Data protection

Regarding the mentioned data, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and objection under the terms established by Qualified Law 15/2003, of December 18, on the protection of personal data.

In accordance with Law 29/2021, of October 28, Qualified Law on Personal Data Protection (LQPD), and Decree 367/2022, of September 14, 2022, approving the regulations for the application of Law 29/2021, TÚNEL D’ENVALIRA, S.A.U. informs the client that their personal data, including the image reproduced in the customer card photograph, will be processed for:

(i) the management, fulfilment, and execution of the contractual relationship; and
(ii) if applicable, registering the regular customer, resident, or worker in companies located in Pas de la Casa, with the aim of applying toll rate discounts.

The legal basis for this data processing is the fulfilment of applicable contractual and legal obligations.

The client’s personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the contractual relationship and, subsequently, until the expiration of applicable legal obligations.

We may share or grant access to your personal data with third parties (service providers, third parties requiring it for service provision, or when necessary due to legal obligations). The data will not be transferred outside Andorra.

The client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects, by sending an email toprotecciodedades@tenvalira.ad, specifying the reason for the request. In any case, the client also has the right to file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
